About Our Mentorship Program
Dream Big Nation – Bengaluru Chapter is an educational mentorship initiative committed to transforming the career trajectories of first-year undergraduate students through structured guidance, real-life stories, and exposure to accomplished professionals. Anchored by the vision of “Not Failure but Low Aim is Crime,” the program is designed to instill purpose, ambition, and clarity in young minds from the very beginning of their academic journey.
Our one-day, monthly mentorship sessions bring together retired and serving IAS, IRS, ICLS officers, Vice-Chancellors, professors, deans, scientists, entrepreneurs, and judiciary experts to interact directly with students. These sessions are not mere lectures; they are interactive and inspiring dialogues, where mentors share personal stories of struggle and success, offer practical insights on early goal setting, and provide guidance on civil services, public policy, research, innovation, academia, entrepreneurship, and beyond. The first Bengaluru mentors meet is scheduled for 6th July 2025 (Sunday), 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM at KMDC Bhawan, Seshadripuram, a centrally located venue with excellent accessibility and amenities like Mantri Square Mall, Sampige Metro, and Apollo Hospital nearby.
We are proudly non-commercial — the webinars are free and inclusive, with support from academic institutions like Presidency University and Al Ameen Group of Institutions, who are mobilizing logistics, students, and venues every month. Our coordinators include Ms. N.T. Abroo, IAS (Retd) and other respected senior administrators who steer the strategic vision of the initiative. Our commitment is simple yet powerful: no student should be left unguided. Through this mentorship ecosystem, we aim to nurture future leaders and foster an India where young talents dare to dream big — and are supported every step of the way to achieve those dreams.
